This caramel swirl water ice cream recipe features a creamy, sea salt water ice foam base with caramel ribbons from homemade salted caramel sauce and brings back the flavors and memories of my trip to Seattle.  Information technology's the perfect recipe for a hot summer day.

How to Brand Caramel Swirl No-Churn Water ice Foam

High-quality sea salt makes this ice cream shine.  My favorite finishing table salt is thisJacobsen bounding main salt, near grocery stores will stock sea table salt flakes as well.

You tin make this ice cream with whatever stand mixer or hand mixer will piece of work. If you're good with a whisk, y'all could even brand this without a mixer.  I've had a Kitchen Aid mixer for years and it makes this ice foam in a snap.  A proper ice cream scoop will assist you become nice round scoops.

  • Using a chopstick or other sparse utensil to swirl the caramel and water ice cream base together.

  • Freeze for at least four hours.

Notes

A larger metal pan will freeze more quickly, but any freezer-safe container volition work.
